What's a recent success story?
Fractal Mind has been working with Worten since 2015, a Portuguese retail store chain leader in home-appliances and electronics. Through “Worten Winners,” a unique gamified incentives program that provides users new daily challenges to keep them engaging and participating. By using gamification, the agency converted sales targets into points where employees were able to track their own progress where achievements were awarded and recognized with monthly bonuses (automatically calculated based on the tracked performance). By the end of the pilot, the effort increased sales by 6% with 88% employee satisfaction and 62% employee engagement. This platform provided real-time data to sales and operations departments and because it had been such a strategic tool, it was swiftly introduced to other stores, reaching 183 stores and over 3,000 employees across stores in Spain and Canary Islands.
